Let's be real for a minute. The constitution doesn't set the number of justices, but it does set the number of presidential terms. That's the difference.
Constitution needed an amendment to set term limits because a commie bastard democrat president thought he was above George Washington... So we need to blow these commies out of the water again and make another amendment setting the number of justices.
Imagine how corrupt he must have been to want 16 years to cover up his crimes. That’s all I can think about now when I see politicians from the past. They only took the office for greed and power.
Hoover actually made his career on shrinking the government. Might be why the Fed hung him out to dry by not increasing the money supply (the Great Depression - the only time in the last 100 years when the dollar gained significant purchasing power - wouldve been closer to 2008 if they did so)
We support the constitution. However i would also support an amendment that adds a term for a president who is impeached by the opposing party and acquitted.
Nah. I'll trust the founders and the 22nd. Life is short, we must move on. As much as I like, no Love, DJT, God has plans we know not of. May His mightiest Angels surround our president for four more years and may our next president be Mike Pence. There, it has been beseeched and proclaimed.

Maybe not at the beginning. But then they succumbed to perdition and ensnared by blackmail.
That was then.
This is now. Now we have TRUMP.

Yeah but would he be elected?
Good point. Then its fine how it is. 2 scoops, 2 terms.

The founders didnt write the 22nd amendment. But i hear ya.
Yeah I just lumped them and all amendments together. There's a few more additions we could make.
To be fair it was only after it was amended since Roosevelt died during his 4th term in office...
This, this.
Is the way.
That said I think there needs to be an amendment to limit number of justices
