I dont see that screen on any site URL just a small message that the "system is down". looks like a DDoS crashed the web server, or something broke. Website at my job has been doing some weird shit lately we've been getting alerts from things that look like Bots trying to scan the site or just hang up a lot of background processing until the server crashes or the website is inaccessible
