I'm not sure what treatment(s) are allowed where you are, but probably they'd treat it all the same anyway. You probably know the taste thing pretty much cinches it that if you have any of the 3, it is beer virus. You should get treatment upon Dr's diagnosis, no waiting on a test result. IMHO. Please do let us know if they give you any kind of treatment or care whatsoever?
