There's NOT A CHANCE that he concedes. He might withdraw, he might say "just vote for Harris". But conceding before the election is unthinkable and not his place anyways unless the DNC decides it's best to lose the election, and there's not a fucking chance of that. The DNC and Harris/Biden have come this far. They will not give up before the fat lady sings, not unless... not unless there's something so big and so bad that Trump has up his sleeve to twist their arms into doing it... but why wait that long? How would Trump know there's enough votes left to be cast that he can win the whole thing? Biden/Harris could concede the day before and still win.
