According to the article it's even mandate with a shred of logic in it. Only in limited places. Not that I think they work but I would damn sure think they have more value in an short elevator ride than walking around outside. I expect Biden would make his mandate something more broad, like "if you are breathing wear a mask, unless sniffing a minor"
