No. Their original tweets are still blocked, even though their policy was changed.

"While we’ve updated the policy, we don’t change enforcement retroactively. You will still need to delete the Tweets to regain access to your account," Twitter wrote in a statement to the Post.

Yeah but before if you went to their Twitter page it showed suspended. It is reactivated.

Twitter has consistently said they don’t retroactively apply policies which is fine, but the account is no longer suspended and hasn’t tweeted in almost 2 weeks.

As in if they were back from suspension, wouldn’t they be tweeting?
