Voter fraud should have a steeper penalty than stealing cattle in Texas.

176

What is the penalty for stealing cattle?

Edit: first offence, 10 years/10k.

I'm on board only if it's per instance of fraud.

It shouldn't take Project Veritas to discover this kind of thing. Law enforcement should already be on it. If James O'Keefe can find the crooks, why can't the Texas Rangers?

7
booblitchutz 7 points ago +7 / -0

Ken Paxton also found evidence of ~50k illegal aliens that had voted in Harris County (Houston) and was in the process of verifying the list of voters, when a judge out of San Antonio told him to stop verifying the list because "mUh rACiSm!"

Then you know what happened? Ken Paxton just dropped it. Just like that. So if I were you, I wouldn't get too worked up over this, Abbott and all the other elected TX GOP officials are still the slaves of the big city judges down here.

96
The_RedWolf 96 points ago +96 / -0

Broken clock is right twice a day.

Ken Paxton is still a piece of shit.

I voted for him but I regret it as I had no idea of his felony securities fraud charges that he’s been fighting for 5 years, and no amount of “oh the stocks were a gift not compensation, lol” is going to make me believe him. I don’t care what party he’s from. It smells like the same kind of bullshit lifetime democrats and neo-cons do to get rich.

Fuck him. I hope he gets primaried out in 2022

Ragnar_Danneskjold 23 points ago +23 / -0

I'll support him until 2022 at least. In a perfect world, we could try to get rid of him now. But we're dealing with thousands of enemy combatants who want to set your house or apartment building on fire, and then beat you and your family to death and dance around the bodies when you flee the burning building. If someone is willing to stand up to that enemy, I'll accept a little stock shenanigans in the meantime, for now. Entire neighborhoods or even cities elsewhere in the US have been in open revolt for months, and have successfully driven the authorities out to riot and destroy unopposed on multiple occasions. I don't want that to come to Texas any more than it already has, and I'm ready to put my at least temporary support behind anyone who will stand up and put a stop to it. We can talk about how to throw Paxton and Abbott out once the war is over.

Pretty much "the enemy of my enemy is my friend"

Like all Neo- Con shills however, give them a chance and they'll stab you in the back the first opportunity they get, they have no principles or morals beyond their own self interest.

You can see it in people Mittens Romney and Jeff Flake, absolute scummy political opportunists that would happily sell out anyone if they thought they could get away with it.

Thankfully Trump has been drumming these people out the party for the last 4 years.

44
TheRoyalRob 44 points ago +44 / -0

If Trump wins on election night... and loses due to all of these mail in votes coming in....

At what point do we know the steal is in....?

17
Marshall 17 points ago +22 / -5

I don't know if we can overcome the margin of fraud this election. That is the consequence of massive unrequested ballots being mailed out. And NO! there is nothing to compare it with because mail in voting via absentee ballot has safeguards that massive unrequested ballot mail-outs does not.

Yea but we'll rane in big tech, conservatives being censored, massive voter fraud, and election meddling after the election, right?

But optics though...

It's a big big gamble.

2
Brillica 2 points ago +2 / -0

Electoral college. California mailing out 21-million unrequested ballots just means Trump won't win that state, which he probably wasn't going to anyways. From what I've seen the states that matter have not, so far, had the same level of blatant fraud as some deep-Blue ones have.

-3
TheRoyalRob -3 points ago +2 / -5

Yep... I mean people talk a good game about 1776, but I just don't see it happening, when it comes down to it when you wake up a week, two weeks after the election and Joe has stole it... what are we all going do and and where are we going to go.... what go run an insurgency campaign? I mean the reason ANTIFA get away with it is because they literally have nothing to lose and live at home with that parents, we all have families, people who count on us....

I mean I love the though of patriots getting together and fighting the good fight, I just truely think we lost this war like 20-30 years ago when we let government get this corrupt.

I think if Joe does win, we will just wake up, put our heads down and go provide for our families like we have always done and just pray it doesn't get worse.... idk maybe I'm wrong.

7
Desert_Covfefe 7 points ago +7 / -0

1
TheRoyalRob 1 point ago +1 / -0

You are 100% right about the founding fathers, and I hope that in the end I am proven wrong. I mean it's not like I want that to happen, I hope Trump wins and if it is stolen I hope people don't give up.

I guess we will see here soon enough, I hope I am wrong, I really do.

The one thing I keep coming back to is, if we know this, Trump knows this, his team knows this.... Trump actually knows much more then we know here because he is on the inside.

I'm sure they have game planed out that scenario, and I have a hard time believing Trump isn't going to fight like hell to stop the steal at all costs.... I believe us patriots are the last line of defense though...

22

And now the Trump administration has video evidence that voter fraud has taken place, and he can demand a recount (so can others, and they should -- it is important that the Dems become a minority in Congress and in the governorships/state houses as much as possible).

8
Mr_Dr_Jullian_Dunbar 8 points ago +8 / -0

We've had TONs of video evidence and people going to jail for voter fraud here in Texas even back in 2018.

You hear about it? Nope.

Why?

"Optics".

The administration and people at the Texas statehouse are all about optics and still playing mask theatre while 10s of millions are out of work for a meme virus.

The "leadership" don't care, they're already elected and have the typical "fuck you I got mine" attitude.

22
Ragnar_Danneskjold 22 points ago +22 / -0

Damn, I was hoping Ken Paxton had actually said "hang them all".

16
The_RedWolf 16 points ago +16 / -0

18
Jimmy_Russler 18 points ago +18 / -0

Is this how "Texas is turning blue"? From massive voter fraud? There needs to be much much bigger penalties for voter fraud, they're doing this shit with impunity.

10
Mr_Dr_Jullian_Dunbar 10 points ago +12 / -2

Yea well we've had lots of local elections stolen back in 2018, people when to jail, but they still upheld the election results.

I was so demoralized after 2018, considered not even voting this election, no joke. I've learned back as far as 2008 to not even bother with local elections, as the winners are selected months in advance. Was a Ron Paul delegate, saw 2012 stolen at the RNC and saw nothing done about it - I checked out of politics until GEOTUS.

Still see the same paterns as 2012 and what a stolen election looks like, to the T.

Tried for months here to post stuff on this specific stuff and bs going down in Texas.

It would get burried and even tried three times on one day in July to get important stuff and remembered it was Sunday gunday - memes where more important than potential voter fraud and Abbot selling out Texan's 4th amendment rights to a private company in NY. After a few days of trying to break this news on this issue we're having today back in July I gave up.

After that stopped seeing this site for breaking news and come here for the memes and high energy only.

6
MeSewCorny 6 points ago +6 / -0

I'm proud of my state government and its officers. They don't bullshit. Potential riots election night? Send in the National Guard. Project Veritas proof of election fraud? State AG jumps right on it.

7
Mr_Dr_Jullian_Dunbar 7 points ago +7 / -0

Um we've had fraud on a large scale back in 2018 that, yes, people went to jail but they hushed the stories quickly and kept the election results.

Trying to get any information out, gets burried, even here.

To dovetail on the faith aspect of the "fine people" in the statehouse.

Abbot took 2 million in Soros money and spent over 300 million on tax dollars for "contact tracing" from a private company up in Syracuse,NY disolving our 4th amendment rights though government edict and not laws. Tried for weeks to get some traction here and it fot burried in memes.

Hmm, corrupt sell out politicians and voter fraud -naw we'll do gun memes instead.

I've been telling my fellow Texans for the last 15 years I have been involved in politics that they're as corrupt as any DC establishment. The Texas way is more of a good ol boys club and there is zero, and I mean zero difference between parties.

Finally people are starting to get it, maybe. Pretty much wrote off boomers and millenials as good local political help. Boomers here in Texas have the "fuck you got mine" and the millenials just are brainwashed NPCs. The sub 21 year olds (like my brother and his friends) are based af and know the stakes are higher than ever.

We have a literal communist DA for Austin, took thousands in bribes for Austin that publicly stated "white opinions don't matter".

So my personal faith in Texas politics and it's leadership simply isn't there.

Yea, the whole salon lady hero up in Dallas was political theatre too. Last time I checked businesses are still getting fined and have draconian mask laws. My old gym and boxing clubs still regulate masks, while doing 50 minutes of intense exercise.

Eating out a few times and you see "covid patrol" making sure people amd restraunts are "in compliance". I've been to places in central and South America that had stuff like that and thanked my stars I lived in the US. Now it's here...

Not trying to black pill here, but objectively trying to get fellow Texans to see it's all bullshit.

We need a few Trump style candidates to run for gov or we'll be blue before 2022.

4
MeSewCorny 4 points ago +4 / -0

I knew Travis Co. was fucked. Had no idea about Abbott and Soros. Is that confirmed or speculation. Also, I get pissed off as well how we meme the same old bs up while news and information that needs to be seen by eyes gets buried also. It's like 4Chan and slide threads. We need maybe a state by state .win.

3
deleted 3 points ago +3 / -0
4
Mr_Dr_Jullian_Dunbar 4 points ago +4 / -0

Also you can protest without a mask, but you can't go to church without one on.

Yes, we've had riots - bad ones, but quelled long enough not to scare off the foreign investors buying up foreclosed businesses due to continued "lock downs".

That's the big scam here.

Try buying a house here near any decent paying job and you'll have to end up renting. 8 out of 10 people in Travis county are renters and oh yea we've had property taxes raised again - by 25%.

The Texas RINOs and dems are all selling us out to China and Mexican cartels buying up real estate for pennies on the dollar.

That's the Texas portion of the covid hoax.

Voter fraud is the one type of crime where you can't undo what's been done. Those 5k fraudulent votes will still count after they have been submitted. The penalty is also so minor these people don't care if they get caught. They would happily go to jail for a small bit if it means they can steal an election. There should be a minimum of a 10-year mandatory prison sentence if convicted. They aren't just trying to steal an election. The results of their fraud will completely destroy our country if they arne't stopped.

4
ServerTowerofBabel 4 points ago +4 / -0

Wow harsh words. With such a severe penalty and a sweeping redress to make victims whole I'm sure this will stop them dead in their tracks.

Passing strange how these stalwart lawmen so concerned about integrity haven't been performing sting or bust operations themselves on voter fraud.

4
SAW2TH 4 points ago +4 / -0

Democratic voting of our elected officials is one of our most sacred duties as American citizens.

Election fraud represents one of the greatest threats to our republic.

The penalty for voter fraud should be death and there should be special courts that hear only those cases so they can be handled swiftly and the punishment dealt out immediately.

There currently is essentially no deterrent.

And by that time i hope my own nation get there shit together witch means leave the eu and go our own way and finaly finish our eternal war with the sea by claming doggerland from it and call it new netherlands and get the dutch part of belgium back in the fold 13 meters of sea water is nothing it will be the dutch greatest achievment other nations go to war over land we go to war against the sea 18000 square miles of free land make it a public work and let the dutch people pay for it finaly my tax money to something i can see some fucking results from I wont mind if 5 % of my taxes go that

https://www.newswars.com/democrats-face-134-counts-of-voter-fraud-in-texas/

I applaud Paxton for being the one AG in America willing to aggressively go after one of the single greatest threats to our republic. As for his securities fraud allegations:

a) it is not uncommon for political opponents to try and take a politician down with trumped up "crimes" (see donald Trump and mateo salvini) and b) this is america baby - presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Sounds more like it reached high enough bad PR levels of bad that there was now way but to address it.

Honesty question. Had someone internally brought it to his attention would the response had been the same?

What the fuck is wrong with these people? THEY need to be using undercovers to seek this stuff out. This should not be a thing. God bless James and his team. We need voter ID, in-person voting only and an effin civics test to ensure you know wtf you're voting for.

There needs to be tiers of punishment for voter fraud but it should start with 30 days in jail with a 5K fine (also they should no longer be able to vote or campaign) for a minor offense and end in life depending on the severity of it.

This moron is the life-in-jail version. Clearly knew what she was doing was illegal. Need to be harsh on those that are willing participants. This is treason albeit soft treason.

Have to set a precedent and scare people away from this BS. I hope this AG sticks to his word.

Good now do the same for the Ilhan Omar fraud exposed a month ago.
