It seems like whomever is releasing these pictures is deliberately hiding their identities. Perhaps they're trying to protect the poor women. Maybe they already have some in protective custody.
But that being said, the life expectancy of a crack whore isn't very long in the best circumstances.

I try not to victim blame, but it makes me wonder how much responsibility these girls have for not coming forward, and therefore passively letting Hunter continue this behavior. At the very least they could go the Stormy route - take the money AND talk.
