I never got why people don't try to make the obvious argument...Strict-constitutionalist judge are the ONLY kind of judge that should be allowed on the Supreme court. They were never intended to be anything but that. just because 'conservative' is a label that embraces that idea, does not make a judge conservative. it just means hes doing his or her job.
