I was having a discussion with socialist regarding their view that all rich people need to pay more and being rich is terrible. That the rich don’t do as much etc.

None of them, who said they cared about the poor, did anything to help them. One gave money to homeless sometimes and said they “feel a lot” for them.

None walked away from it thinking they should or could do more. None wanted to pay more taxes and if they were rich they wouldn’t give anything else. None decided to join a commune or working co op.

The internet socialist wants other people to do something so they feel better, also free money.
