He didn't just refuse to put down the knife he kept walking towards them as well. Tf did they expect to happen?

Not all Philadelphia officers carry [tasers]. Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw said Tuesday she has already asked that additional funding be added to the budget for tasers.
