According to liberals, Africa is always "on the cusp" of everything. They always tell us that Africa is just about to finally develop rapidly into a modern first world continent complete with mass transit, a thriving tech sector, the whole nine yards. But there's always one catch: Africa just needs MORE MONEY to make it all happen! And not just anybody's money... YOUR money will make it all happen!
