Chicago just shut down all bars and restaurants again.

The city was pillaged by joggers twice, people weren't allowed on the beach all summer, hundreds of restaurants closed forever, and just in time for winter they're locking down again.

Head over to r/chicago for some great salt. They are so insanely depressed and hopeless at this point.
