honestly how long is it going to take for someone to say "HIV is to AIDS what SARS-CoV-2 is to COVID-19"

Not everyone who tests positive is sick. My 80 year old cancer-surviving neighbor has no symptoms. (to be clear, obviously if she did get sick, it'd be disastrous)
