I'm not a follower of "Q" conspiracy, but the media already leaked the name of the person laying horizontal with Hunter, referring to the last photo in the news article. Also, it doesn't take a lot of effort to figure out who the minor is based on the texts.

You can assume that the person laying horizontal and the person in the mirror selfie are the same person, as the news article is discussing a story about one person and presumably have access to the un-blurred photos as they stated in the article they blurred the identity of the minor for legal reasons. You don't particularly strike me to be a great fan of logic.
