Dude the people are idiots that live in these cities like philly. The city is taking their hard earned money and saying they are doing it to pay police to protect them. Why haven't people in these cities shown up to the mayor and demanded either put a stop to this shit with the police or stop paying your taxes in these cites. Its insane.. these people are living in these cities and just letting them take there money while letting criminals destroy everything and not respond to calls for help... its crazy. There should be a crowd of 100,000 people outside these mayor homes but there isn't.........
