It's already going down in Philly and the governor refuses to do anything about it. If they know Biden is going to lose they'll probably start BLM riots all over the place to try and de-legitimize Trump's win.They'll say Biden's vote couldn't get out because of Drumpf's racism.

Who cares they will take place in Dim controlled cities.
They will be protesting during the polls on 11/3 so arrive early.
If you live in a city, get out for at least the rest of the week.
Elsewhere, stock up on food, fuel your cars, and be the best American you can be.
This is why everyone should vote early in person.
Some curtailing of voter participation inevitable. Brings an issue that hurts Biden back into people's short term memories (even shorter if you are a suburban female on the fence)
So, its not a good thing for Biden, best case scenario for him (its not really that bad of a thing).
Trump should be able to send in troops without the governors permission since its a Federal election and Federal elections fall under the Interstate Commission. I could be wrong on the name but its something close to that and its easy to look up.
