There are a few options: 1.Write ins are allowed with no state registration and Bernie write ins will split the Dem vote. 2. Write ins are allowed with if candidates are registered with the state. If Bernie is not registered as a candidate with a state, it will invalidate their ballot. 3. Write ins not allowed and their ballot is invalidated.
