I've seen a lot of the picture/video drops, but I have not been able to find that picture anywhere? Is it part of a drop somewhere?

I'm referring to the leaked picture with half the face that people are claiming to be her. Suddenly it's everywhere and I don't remember seeing it. Thanks.
