The root cause of the problem is human stupidity and weakness. Doesn't matter if it's heroin, pot, vodka, sniffing glue, or watching CNN. You can't legislate it away. If people want to destroy their lives, the Federal government can't stop them.

The purpose of government is organized self-defense - to keep them from destroying the lives of others.
