I taught high school for a year in Memphis. Absolute worst fucking job of my entire life and I was once a grave salesman.
The Shelby county school board is a mess and has been for decades thanks to the dems.
Total disaster. I was directly told to change grades to keep kids who virtually never came to school from failing. I had kids in my 11th grade class who were legit illiterate.
Taught English @ UT - Chattanooga, where a lot of these kids end up. There's a Memphis to UTC pipeline.
Got fired for refusing to change grades. Some of these kids were admitted to college without being able to read. True story. Burn this system to the ground.
We routinely graduated kids who were illiterate and lacked any useful skill besides selling drugs or getting a gov't baby check. It was completely pathetic. I was lectured many times on how "systemic racism" was keeping these kids down.
Burn it to the ground. Those kids will turn out better with no school.
School shouldn't be required. Let the kids who actually want to be there do so without the distractions from degenerates.

Shelby County Schools was just fine before Memphis City Schools abandoned their charter. That left a whole bunch of schools with no school board. Shelby County Schools then elected to take over what Memphis City Schools left behind.
Immediately after Shelby County Schools took over MCS schools, every municipality in proximity to Memphis abandoned SCS and made their own municipal school systems. Even Lakeland who never had a high school made a high school because they got the big money. Now the best schools are still the ones outside of city limits. Memphis is a cesspool but I still love it.
I went to Memphis City Schools and a I knew it had to be on rough the teachers. Coming from a rebellious student.
The kids were extremely obnoxious but the adults were far worse. SJW gov't lackeys on the tax-payer teat.
Yeah the teachers and administrators were corrupt people. Teachers checked out on us and we’re saved by that nice ole tenure. Do you know of the superintendent of the school board Kriner Cash? He legit had body guards out the ass.

We all live in Germantown, Collierville, Bartlett, Arlington, Olive Branch, or Cordova if you're poor.
Bartlett, Cordova (Dirty Dova), and even Germantown is starting the see the ghetto scourge moving eastward.
Cordova is definitely dirty, Bartlett's starting to get that way on the Raleigh side. I will say the Bartlett Police keep a lot of that shit in check but they're about as corrupt as any other PD.

I would love to see the data on early voting. I work with some really based black guys from orange mound and binghampton. Liberals would tell you they are absolutely voting for the left because of their skin color, background and income level. I think there’s a lot more support for Trump than you can imagine here. Even the BLM protests were tame and nothing here compared to other cities. The facade might be cracking.
Neighbor down the street had a Black Voices for Trump sign among two other full size "No more bullshit" Trump flags. Some asshat went around and stole all the non-Biden signs out of folks' yards in a few surrounding neighborhoods last week. My neighbor must have loaded up at the Trump stand over the weekend because he has WAY more now. He even lined his driveway with tiny handheld trump flags. Absolutely hilarious. HOA leadership all seem to be based, and I've seen only one Biden sign in our neighborhood.
