No, because he didn't intend to lie under oath.

This is the correct answer! He'll say that to the best of his knowledge he thought the issue was corrected, and that he never intentionally lied. The whole gameplan here is to delay as much as possible. Jack won't be held to task for this and they aren't going to waste time to go after him for this lie. Sad and shitty but thats how they play their games.

You kids are so cute. I know you were raised by a generation of garbage adults who trained you to always believe that government was good, was honest, and that rules and laws were meant for all.

You now know this isn't the case, so what is the point in screaming about some rule book like you are at gaming night and some shithead is cheating. That is the level of societal collapse we are experiencing now all from the nut allergy/ADD epidmic of parents who have legitimized being a criminal piece of filth as some sort of moral option for adults now.

Laws only apply to enemies of the communist cult that is not running the criminal organization known as local/state/federal government.

Hope isn't generational, and hope that the government will do the right thing doesn't necessarily mean hope in the government.

Write a criminal referral up. Make it public. Nothing will happen but at least its something more than whining on twitter like a 14 yr old girl.

If you lie to uncle sam, you get a stern tweet not to do that.

Only if you're a Democrat. If you're a conservative who gets caught "lying to Congress", the FBI raids your house at 5am with CNN cameras in tow and drags you out of bed in your pajamas with guns drawn.

There is a whole lot of USC which is openly unconstitutional. Lots of illegal crud built up over the years, particularly the last 83+ years with the ASHWANDER RULES in place by the Court, telling the Courts to not do THEIR JOBS of striking down things which are unconstitutional if it can be avoided.

[Fun Fact & Rule of Law Redpills:] Look up the history of perjury, it's a judicial branch function/power. To commit perjury, requires a judge, courtroom, a lawful case, "jury", intent and other things.Under the US Consitution's Montesqueian Separation of Powers, it's NOT Constitutionally possible to commit "perjury" for the Legislative or Executive Branches. It's not legally possible to sign a document for the executive branches, or give "testimony to congress" or legislative branches, "under the penalty of perjury" anymore than it is possilbe to sign "under the penalty of disorderly conduct".

It's literally written into the word, per jury.

[Redpill] Congressional "testimony" serves as either an imput to legislation, or in auditing/reviewing existing legislation/bills. It's NOT a courtroom, no matter how many lawyers are in congress, how many former D.A.s or A.G.s are in congress, or how much they abuse their office's and committees for fundraising or grandstanding.

OATHS administered = Judicial Branch function. Which is why during "peachmints", requires the robes of the judiciary to be over in the Senate Chambers, because this brings some of the powers of the judiciary over to preside during the "trial" part in the Senate.

MAGA On!

"Oh you lied to us again? Well, I guess you can go on your way."
