There is also evidence that the anti CCP group may have gotten a copy from Giuliani. Maybe the FBI or CIA distributed it to Chinese officials. All we know for sure is there are multiple copies that may have been made at different times with different sets of data. There is a worldwide data war ongoing to distribute or block this info.
