I live in the SF Valley. Since I've been here, homelessness has increased and the police have less and less power. Those are just a couple of things quickly. One thing I've really noticed is traffic has decreased since the China Flu has arrived. Before the China Flu, I had to take surface streets on return from work due to traffic. Now, I can take the 405 since I can make my way home while clicking along at 60 plus mph. The loss of traffic means there are less folks. Draw from that what you may.
