I just finished watching this video and it's pretty outrageous.
One of the big points in there is that If someone stole your identity and submitted an absentee ballot, they will lie to you by handing you a provisional ballot and then not count it.
The lesson here is obvious. If a poll worker is pushing a provisional ballot on you, YOUR VOTE HAS ALREADY BEEN STOLEN.
Maybe poorly worded?
You should probably still cast that provisional ballot.
Maybe your vote has been stolen, maybe it hasn't (some other issue).
But if you just refuse that provisional ballot and walk away, then your vote has 100% not been registered.
Cast the ballot and then try to find out what the fuck happened is probably the best advice here. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I mean, maybe badly worded. But just don't say "well, ok, I guess."
Raise a stink. Call a lawyer. Call someone who isn't up for reelection like at least one of your Senators. Hell, pretend you're trying to vote Biden if it'll get the press to listen to you.
