Non-Pilot, but decent googler;
NOTAM: Notice to Airmen -- is a notice filed with an aviation authority to alert aircraft pilots of potential hazards along a flight route or at a location that could affect the safety of the flight.
TFR: Temporary Flight Restriction -- USSS / FAA establish a TFR Area when AirForceOne takes off or lands, esentially if you enter a TFR, You'll be answering to F-16s/F-35s/ BAMFs

Two interceptors. One follows you and is ready to shoot you down. One goes next to you and tries to get you to answer/follow/dip your wings if your radio is out. If you don’t respond, they launch flares in your face, which is impossible to miss. If you don’t respond (or try to somehow evade, etc) you get shot down by the guy in back.

Is that what we're seeing in the sky on the video? Flares being dropped? Looks like a very stranger pattern, not like a normal flyover -

Yep. Flares are to get the pilots attention.

BAMFs? Now I know why Trump references F35 roaring around during some of his rallies.

More Goosebumps!
