Is it because there are some rules against interfering with the election? Have they been compromised and now being blackmailed? Did they just not find anything out?

How can they keep Americans in the dark like this?

Maybe it's wishful thinking on my part, but I don't think they'd remain quiet if intel and internal polling showed Trump behind like the "reliable" polls would have us believe

We've had several reports from decent sources that the DoJ has been preparing indictments. The best case scenario is that Barr doesn't want to jeopardize the upcoming trials with the charge that they were politically motivated to elect Trump. The worst case scenario is that Barr is covering for the Deep State swamp, from which he arose and served long before he became Trump's AG.

In my view, it's a coin toss. Either could be true. We'll have to wait and see.

I hope its your best case scenario. To me it seems most likely to be true and you know dems would twist facts and paint the narrative if Barr takes any action right now.

Yeah. There would be an onslaught of media coverage painting the indictments as politically motivated in the attempt to taint the juries. There still will be, of course, but at least it should be clear that the indictments weren't done to get Trump elected.

I suppose they will go with something like, "Now that Trump has been re-elected, he's using Barr to exact political retribution on his opponents. That's all these cases are." But this line shouldn't be all that effective, I'd think.

The worse case for them will be that Trump is not re-elected but the indictments roll anyway. Ha ha. If Trump loses, and the indictments roll, there will be at least something to feel good about.

If Trump is not re-elected you will never hear about this again.

And, sadly, that is and has been the plan. The last 4 years has been about covering up treason that the FBI and DOJ were directly involved in. This is a mop up job and Barr and Durham are the latest custodians.

I wish you could understand that, because that’s the reality.

"I wish you could understand that, because that’s the reality."

Lol. You have no evidence that that is the reality. As I said, the only way we're going to know that's the reality is to wait and see. Take your condescending, black-pilled nonsense and shove it up your ass.

Oh, boo hoo, Pede.

Grow up. Donald Trump is fighting them all and apparently he also has to fight his own supporters that want to give treasonous fucks every chance to let these people get away with it.

And if prosecution does not happen, then we deserve ALL the materials in unredacted form. The court of public opinion matters and those involved should be publicly shunned, shamed, and known as the lying treasonous scumbags they are. But I’m sure you have some excuse or explanation for that.

This reply is utterly stupid. Are you off your meds?

I'm a traitor, because I think it's 50/50 whether there will be indictments? Lol. What madness goes through your mind?

And why on earth would you think I wouldn't want everything disclosed in unredacted form? Why on earth would you think I'd have some excuse or explanation for not wanting everything released? You're positively insane.

First, let's go with a truce for a second. We are both Pedes. And this is Reddit. I apologize for my gruff tone, but here's how I see it.

a) I have zero trust in the DOJ and FBI and for cause. There is very few adjectives that remain to articulate how fucked up these institutions are. At this point, no amount of waiting is justified. Whether they get locked up for life, 1 year, 14 days, 14 hours of community service or get off on a technicality (which is what "the insiders" keep saying why things are taking time), these people deserve to have the full weight of the American justice system put on their shoulders, sooner not later. Mike Flynn has been bankrupted for 1000x times less a charge and he still has the weight of the government hoisted on him. The key players in this debacle continue either not be prosecuted at all (see McCabe) or we continue to wait for Barr and Durham to "tighten up the case".

b) Yes, it's madness that it's a "toss up". There shouldn't be any questions there should be indictments made and trials convened. No conviction is a slam dunk and you sound like you know enough to know that.

c) With anyone in the Trump orbit, selective public leaks were made (which is a crime; also has not been pursued and/or when it has DOJ has decided not to prosecute). We have uncovered details (via FOIAs) and have a fact pattern that is more substantive on direct and circumstantial evidence than any of these bullshit leaks, but for the Hillary gang and the deep state, nothing happens.

And, I will add you to the dozen or so list of Pedes that I will happily and publicly and profusely apologize to if they do something. Further, I will pay my penance with your favorite case of brew or (reasonable, but solid) bourbon.

You can call it blackpilled if you want. I'm stating facts. The DOJ and the FBI, at every single opportunity, have elected to protect the institution over completing their mission. That is clear. That's the reality. I don't like (obviously) and denying that's the case simply doesn't make any sense to me. The institutional rot that is now apparent is undeniable, and Barr has done nothing to rectify that --nothing.

Truce remains on my side.

Isn’t it a shame the it’s a toss up between “hmm, well ok let’s wait” and after-the-fact conspiracy to commit treason?

I’m mean this is the head of the Department of Justice deciding between bad optics and treason?

Seems like he’s already made his choice to me.

He has to win jury trials, probably with juries full of D.C. bureaucrats. That's the reality of the matter.

Can he charge in a different area?

OP, landslide election victory inc. Supreme Court majority secured. DNC members have revealed their true nature to the public. Deep State players in the FBI/DOJ outted. Biden crime family outted. Election fraud outted. Gotta remember, people on here are so fucking ahead of the MSM. The normies are just catching on. The overwhelming majority is waking up to the corruption finally.

Arrests are coming, very very soon. Think pretty close after election results are released.

I guess we’ll find out.

My optimistic guess is they need more time, and weren’t needed.
