Is it because there are some rules against interfering with the election? Have they been compromised and now being blackmailed? Did they just not find anything out?

How can they keep Americans in the dark like this?

We've had several reports from decent sources that the DoJ has been preparing indictments. The best case scenario is that Barr doesn't want to jeopardize the upcoming trials with the charge that they were politically motivated to elect Trump. The worst case scenario is that Barr is covering for the Deep State swamp, from which he arose and served long before he became Trump's AG.

In my view, it's a coin toss. Either could be true. We'll have to wait and see.

I hope its your best case scenario. To me it seems most likely to be true and you know dems would twist facts and paint the narrative if Barr takes any action right now.

Yeah. There would be an onslaught of media coverage painting the indictments as politically motivated in the attempt to taint the juries. There still will be, of course, but at least it should be clear that the indictments weren't done to get Trump elected.

I suppose they will go with something like, "Now that Trump has been re-elected, he's using Barr to exact political retribution on his opponents. That's all these cases are." But this line shouldn't be all that effective, I'd think.

The worse case for them will be that Trump is not re-elected but the indictments roll anyway. Ha ha. If Trump loses, and the indictments roll, there will be at least something to feel good about.

If Trump is not re-elected you will never hear about this again.

And, sadly, that is and has been the plan. The last 4 years has been about covering up treason that the FBI and DOJ were directly involved in. This is a mop up job and Barr and Durham are the latest custodians.

I wish you could understand that, because that’s the reality.

"I wish you could understand that, because that’s the reality."

Lol. You have no evidence that that is the reality. As I said, the only way we're going to know that's the reality is to wait and see. Take your condescending, black-pilled nonsense and shove it up your ass.

Isn’t it a shame the it’s a toss up between “hmm, well ok let’s wait” and after-the-fact conspiracy to commit treason?

I’m mean this is the head of the Department of Justice deciding between bad optics and treason?

Seems like he’s already made his choice to me.

He has to win jury trials, probably with juries full of D.C. bureaucrats. That's the reality of the matter.

Can he charge in a different area?
