I fully agree but in pretty much every state, yes, an absentee ballot voter can change their vote up until election day or do so at the polls as long as they inform the election clerk so they do don't commit ballot fraud.

For FL yeah. I’m waiting on an update for mail ins. They do them in lumps unlike in person. FL is going to be 100% determined by how independent voters sway, I couldn’t really find any info on it.
