I'm watching the full testimony at the moment. Zuckerberg and Dorsey look like two puppies (dogs). Specially Dorsey, he is mumbling like he is bullied. Iran citizens can't use Twitter but their leader Hassan Rouhani are allowed to have an account and Dorsey is fine with that. Open for him to puke his ideas on to the western world.
