I’m thinking a Biden victory looks like this: Joe, with the media’s help, fights off allegations for a month or two. He then cedes power to Kamala via 25th? Resignation over the appearance of impropriety? (even though he’s clean as a whistle!!) Some BLM stunt to make her pres? C’mon Man! They know he can’t do it.

What office? 1600 Pennsylvania Ave office? Not happening. You just rattled off a bunch of hypothetical that is NOT going to happen....ever. Dems are even going to lose the House and at least one Senate seat.
I think Joe gets thrown to the wolves either way. Media will pretend to have credibility again. Dems will pretend to have integrity. He’s done.

Ukraine kickbacks weren't just about lining crooked politician's pockets. Huge amounts of that money went to NGO's with no oversight, so it could be funneled back to lefty organizations in the USA.
That river of cash is still flowing, because we're still giving all kinds of "foreign aid" to Ukraine.
I just wonder. The Clinton river turned into a stream almost overnight. That was a MASSIVE pay for play.
