LOL. Candidate? Or "Projected Winner"? The MSM will project Biden as winning as long as possible. In 2016 they were unprepared and stunned that Trump did so well, so they could not manufacture ballots--or news--fast enough to say it was "undecided."
They have had 4 years to learn and prepare. Unless it's an irrefutable landslide, it will probably be mid-January and a ton of legal maneuvering before we know, eventually decided by SCOTUS.
