I may be a retarded racist Trump supported, but if I remember from math I should be able to take this years number, divide by 10, then multiply by 12 to extrapolate the death rate for the rest of the year.

The news is trying to tell us that 24 percent of all deaths in New York this year were from corona, but we are on pace for a typical year of total deaths.

Any statisticians in here that could tell me how likely that is?

I think it's either 100 percent bullshit or everyone who died from corona was a common cold away from death anyway.
