One of my sisters started carrying recently and AIWB ended up being what worked best for her, and breasts help with that as well since it can fluff out your shirt to keep grip concealment optimized. Men with broader shoulders/chest also benefit in the same way.

Yeah, it's designed to sit in the middle with the grip on the firing hand side of your body. From the research I did, it seems that you need to have a minimum breast side to really make it work and even then, it works best with smaller "pocket" firearms like the LCP, TCP, P-32, etc. The size of the firearm is slightly less important than the weight of the firearm, as the weight can make your bra do funny things.
On a related note, this video by faliaphotography has been considered the "gold standard" for demonstrating female on-body carry for a long time., It's getting a bit long in the tooth now due to the prevalence of full kydex holsters and the addition of microcompact handguns like the p365 and Hellcat becoming very popular, but I think it still gives you a great base to start out with.
Her channel and also She Equips Herself provide a lot of useful information for making holster selections for females and one of her more recent videos may be really helpful.

If it is a color service you can do the eyebrows during processing time, it will take no extra time for the client to be inside the salon.
