Yes, the hair is bleached, I wish salons would do the eyebrows too and complete the illusion. As a blonde, it's jarring to me to see blond hair and night black eyebrows. I see it all the time in movies, etc. I can't talk much though, I only have my eyebrows left.

You see, I don't think anyone asks for a combover, they just do it, otherwise the customer berates the barber that the haircut "made them look bald."
