I think it is smart. An accusation like molestation has grave consequences and due diligence should be done. It needs to stay in the chan's until proper evidence or verification is released.

I agree, but its not the chain of custody issue. It doesn't matter how the laptop showed up or where it came from. Its whether the videos can be verified to make sure they were not doctored. Focusing on the chain of custody is stupid.
This i dont get. Reminds me of months long investigations of child predatory cases.... they sit on it for a long time while children are continued to be molested and assaulted. Gosh... they have been sitting on this for a long time and poor child had to suffer this... even now... nothing is happening.

Also released text messages provide supporting context where the parents didn't allow the minor to be alone with her own uncle (Hunter) because they believed that he acted sexually inappropriate with her.
So unless FBI and Delaware PD continue to be corrupt, then we should get this headline eventually.
