I'm sick of being banned from gaming forums such as Gamefaqs or IGN because the (leftist) mods (how are all gaming mods leftists) don't like my opinion or something I posted.
It usually goes something like this.
- I post a link to Andrew Klaven talking about how the Last of Us 2 is woke trash.
- A bunch of people (probably friends of the mods or the mods themselves using an alt account) accuse me of "trolling" which really just means "you posted something we disagree with."
- Mods ban me.
Bruh, Gamefaqs died in '17. Politics was a reddit wannabe and WoT became a ghost town due to all the NPCs on both sides.
CDA Section 230 applies to ALL websites, The Donald included. An outright repeal would let commie soyboys shit up the site with illegal shit and get the operators arrested for being able to host it.
The main issue with CDA Section 230 is that the "good faith" clause for moderation is open to interpretation and grants these communist tech companies a broad swath of plausible deniability. GEOTUS's EO was very smart and hit the target right on the bullseye. All the other proposals from various lawmakers are haphazard hazards that would cause more problems than they would solve.
