It could be UPS. I wouldn't have been surprised at all if it were USPS, but they knew better than to use that. This sounds more like someone from the intelligence community getting involved than the fault of any shipping company.

Hmmm. As much as Tucker has flip flopped in the past, I suspect he is part of the hiding of docs. Why wouldn't the producer just scan and email them to Tucker? Oh Yeah, but that would protect the docs from the potential of theft. TRUMP 2020!
