My girlfriend is a very devout Christian, she does the same thing your grandma does. You are not going to hell for cussing, I tell her. She still stops herself short alot. Think about the mental/emotional damage people do by not expressing themselves.
You can express yourself without hurting others. A tongue left unchecked hurts everyone around you and yourself.
