I'm thinking he may be compromised. Still in fear from his hellish confirmation trials (plural) and the FBI colon inspection.

I don't trust the dude. Seems like that whole thing was a big humiliation ritual, and, if so, he's probably more on their side than ours when it matters.

He needs a little help....in the form of prayers.

Since he is Catholic, I suggest asking St. Joan of Arc for her intercession. She is noted for her courage. From personal experience; she has never failed me.

That's one of the reasons why I laugh at the doomsday salt from the left about the scotus confirmations. Right leaning judges will routinely rule for the left and hand them victories while left leaning judges by comparison almost always will vote how liberals want. But they cry like it's the end of the world.

Setups so when the Election decision comes to the SCOTUS and rules for Trump, won't seem biased.

But, hypothetical.

Sad, very sad. Also that Barrett is not yet up to speed.

Did the legislature delegate this authority to the board? Because that's the only way I can see anyone voting the way kav did.

Some people have strong opinions

He has been reliably Red in other matters. This is probably what he believes in. We can’t count on him in elections, but he has been solid everywhere else

No worries. Kav was overall a great choice
