Germany does not have nucs. German people know from past history they can not trust their military. Hence they have the US protect them. Umm, Germany does not have nuclear weapons (they barely have a military), England and GB are the same entity.
Israel has nukes (they won't admit it), India has nukes, as do Russia, China, NoKo, and the one Muslim entry - Pakistan.
Iran is trying their best to get one, and might have some crude fission weapon by now (but nothing's been tested).
