I disagree with the criminal justice reform, Platinium plan, and contract with Black America. a public-private infrastructure plan for both Apllachia, Midwest, Inner cities, and Hispanic majority cities would be better than any platinum or American dream pandering plan.

Federal involvement in their lives has not improved them in any way. Blacks need to pass through the stages that successful immigrant communities went through.
