Black America would need republicans at the local level and a huge cultural shift to really win and advance in America. Federal involvement in their lives has not improved them in any way. Blacks need to pass through the stages that successful immigrant communities went through. They are not hopeless and one day they would vote at high margins for republicans.I am just angry that Republicans try to pander continuously and forget parts of their whit voter base.
