I use an extremely small amount of TP now, usually because I'm impatient to wait 2 minutes for the blow dryer to do its thing.

Those inverters are typically only a couple hundred watts of power (12V fused at 10-15 amps). Probably not ideal for heating something tbh, but certainly good enough for charging electronics.
