I slightly disagree on the latter as Trump has far better military capabilities now compared to what washington did. The better comparison to the revolution would be if present-day Canada took on China and won, mostly because much of Canada's military still uses weapons from that day. If he did end up winning that war though he'd definitely be top-3 though, as I'd argue he's currently tied with JFK but hasn't yet hit the roosevelt/washington tier yet.
True that. But also got to consider the deep state is the most nefarious thing in history and is invisible. Washington had to deal with the Conway Cabal, but the deep state makes that look like ants underfoot.
The deep state might be terrible, but they're still one connected threat as they have massive ties to all of america's biggest enemies (china). In Washington's case he had multiple threats from all sides, including the british on his east and north, the spanish that were slowly encroaching from the south, and the vast amount of indian tribes who were being bribed by all kinds of other nations. If Trump goes to war with China and wins all of the BS (the deep state stuff, the russia shenanigans, the media) are effectively powerless. When washington went to war with britain and won, he still had a ton of other conflicts at hand that wouldn't end until the early 1900s.
