Yeah that's what I figured. Have a rain barrel and hiking filter for water if I need it, and a shit ton of propane for both my grille and a camping stove, so I should have my bases covered besides being able to shower.
Those inverters are typically only a couple hundred watts of power (12V fused at 10-15 amps). Probably not ideal for heating something tbh, but certainly good enough for charging electronics.
Not gonna lie, told my parents to stock up on TP weeks ago unironically. Also have a shit load of freeze dried meals to be good for a month.
Downside is electric stove and well pump...but I think that side of things is a long shot anyway.
Worse case, just get the freeze dry food wet, let it soak for an appropriate amount of time depending on what it is and eat it.
