McSwain is a government patriot. He is constantly on the watch for progressive Philadelphia pulling crap and screwing over taxpayers. He tracked down an arsonist who blew up a Philly police vehicle by a video showing a tattoo on her arm. The Philly DA refused to press charges against her.
