Totally. Two years in a row I early voted. First time 2-3 hour wait. Due to the 'switching the ballots out' because each district/county/city has its own ballot. But you could goto any of them. Next time it was maybe 10-20 min max.

So depending on who you get running the place it can either be 'no problem in out' or 'shitshow'.
