The lake Norman area is a very nice area, a lot of upper middle class people with waterfront homes and boats, but they’re not the elitist snobby liberal type. Trump has a golf club on lake Norman. A lot of northerners here but they seem to be the nice ones who were lucky enough to escape the shitholes of NY and NJ. I’m one of them
Can confirm, we just moved to Lake Norman area. Very nice - my neighbor moved here from Long Island. Lots of Trump flags and boats. I got a cool pic of a full on Trump2020 wrapped boat on LKN while driving over on I77 the other day.
