Those were not final decisions. e.g. Penn was for a stay. The main suit is pending. She has only been there since. Monday. She has to review the pending cases.

If she follows the law and the constitution, we can't complain about her actions. She wasn't nominated to be a conservative tool, pedes. We just want fairness from the Supreme Court and a return to following the constitution as it was written. Give her a chance.

I've learned to tune Fitton out when he, as a non lawyer, opines on just breaking legal matters especially when his comments trigger poisonous emotions that prevent logical thinking just like shots of alcohol do. Developing discernment is vital imho.

I'm not disappointed. I'm thrilled. She's acted prudently rather than politically just as I hoped she would. Fitton is NOT a lawyer and has no clue what he's talking about. Its not just the left that counts on outrage clicks for cash. I wish Fitton would stay in his lane so he didn't undermine his credibility like this.
